Chris came to aerial hoop later on in life after having had gymnasatics aspirations as a child but no strength or coordination to fulfil them. His career has encompassed teaching and training using a variety of approaches across a wide range of contexts from e-learning to practical workshops.
Chris found aerial to be the perfect cross-training compliment to his other passions of running and mountain biking. He’s particularly appreciative of its ability to improve mind-body connection, spatial awareness, upper body strength and overall flexibility. He loves how it is also a tool for personal growth and is ready to help you take on the challenges to build confidence in a safe and progressive way.

Adriana started her aerial journey back in 2018 when she did flying trapeze for the very first time in bristol and quickly fell in love with all things aerial, leading her to join the youth circus group in Circomedia, Bristol. Here she had the opportunity to try out and learn all sorts of aerial and other skills, and take part in youth performances.
In 2021 she moved to North Wales for University where she focused more on aerial hoop and pole at Pagan’s Pole, during her time at the studio she has taken part in showcases and competed in UK Aerial Performance Championships. Adriana missed the trapeze and decided to rekindle her passion, leading her to begin her instructor training at Pagans.
Outside of the studio, you’ll find Adriana either flipping rocks to find cool marine animals and running off to the mountains, or completing her Marine Biology bachelor’s at Bangor University.
